What are we looking for in our Partners?

A channel partner should have an IT background knowledge of accounting& billing software sales/service or having sound knowledge of ERP implementation would be ideal.

An official partner commits to:

  • Have dedicated resources assigned to KP Global products.
  • Take full responsibility for sales, implementation, training, and after-sales support to end-users.
  • Be available for regular meetings with KP Global account managers.
  • Be the 1st level of support for the client & use KP Global as the second level of support.
  • Promote KP Global Enterprise Solutions or Products in their region.
