1. Tax Liability:
All Prices given above are in INR and exclusive of GST @ 18%.
2. Terms of Payment:
100% Advance along with Purchase Order.
3 Support Services:
All Support will be free of cost for one year. Support Timings are 9.30 to 6.30 on weekdays. On Sundays or any
other holiday, support lines will not be available.
4. Cancellation of Order:
Once order has been confirmed cannot be cancelled. If cancelled then there will be no refund of the advance
amount.
5. Downloads, Distribution, Updations & Up gradations:
These apps can be download from Play Store with the name of “APNA BAZAR”.
You can share Client apps with your branding through your special link, which will be provided by us.
You can also share this link on your company’s website.
This version of mobile app will work only with the 18.0 or 21.0 version of Busy with Access/SQL Database.
Up gradations to any new options and changes will be extra chargeable based on the requirement given
by you.
These charges are annual charges. Next year’s renewal will be same as it is currently for new license.
6. Licensing:
You cannot cross the limit of Users. If you want more users, you need to buy additional users. These users are unique mobile numbers, on which these mobile apps will
be registered. You will get the power to deactivate any mobile user at any time. Deactivated users will also be
considered as a user for client app. For admin app, you can change the mobile phone after deactivating any mobile
number. But activation of old deactivated number is not possible on your end. It can be activated by company after
receiving written request.
7. Recommended System Requirements:
Admin Mobile Phone Will run only on Android Operating System. It will not work on I Phone. Client app can be
used on android. For I phone, you can share weblink on WhatsApp as webstore.
8. Supply/Installation Period:
This is ready to use product. It can be installed immediately after confirmation.
9. Validity:
These prices are valid for online implementations only.
10. Jurisdiction:
This proposal is subject to Chandigarh court’s jurisdiction.
